Before placing an order

Checkout determines whether the items can be sent to your destination and shows the shipping fee or applicable free option. Enter the complete delivery address, including unit and postal details, together with a working email and telephone number.

How long shipping takes

Normal preparation requires about 1–2 business days. The subsequent delivery or carrier-transit estimate is 3–5 business days. Neither period is a promise of a particular arrival date. Busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, address checks, and transport disruptions can cause delays.

Following your parcel

Use the tracking information emailed for the order; the carrier may need to scan the package before updates appear. To report stalled tracking, suspected loss, or a delivered scan without receipt, supply the order number, checkout email, and tracking reference. For damage, retain the contents and outer packaging and send images or video. We review the evidence and carrier information. Some products or areas cannot be served, and remote-area, customs, or safety restrictions may apply.
