Is delivery free, and how long does it take?

The order's checkout screen shows fees and any free option. Preparation normally needs approximately 1–2 business days; estimated carrier transit/delivery then takes 3–5 business days. These periods are estimates, not promises.

What if I change my mind or choose incorrectly?

We accept returns with or without defects and accept exchanges. Request a mail return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, and in original condition with their package, tags, and accessories. Get authorization before posting. A free label comes in the parcel, there is no restocking charge, and exchanges require available inventory.

How do I report faulty, damaged, or wrong goods?

Provide the order reference, checkout email, reason, and photos or video of the merchandise and packaging; include details of missing components too.

How quickly are refunds handled?

Processing occurs within 10 days after approval, back through the original payment method.
