The checkout screen is the source for payment options currently enabled for the purchase. We begin handling the order only when payment authorization succeeds.

Reviewing a transaction

Providers may authorize or reject payment, place it under review, or ask for verification. Billing information must be correct. An incomplete, high-risk, or unverified payment can hold up or cancel an order.

Questions and refunds

Full card numbers are not saved on this page. For a decline, failed payment, chargeback, dispute, authorization hold, or exchange-rate issue, consult the card issuer or payment provider. A refund that is approved generally follows the original payment route, with posting controlled by that provider.
